Costed, Cost Burdened and Cost Burden Distributed

 Can someone please give me a good description/definition of these three columns on the 'Project Expenditure Items' form in Grants Accounting. They have check marks in the rows indicating status. I have a general idea of what they mean but I would like to get a more detailed understanding of how they get to this status and why.
