what's causing interconnect traffic?

I recently started to get many "Global Cache Average Current Get Time" and "Global Cache Average CR Get Time" alerts from Grid Control.  How can I determine which database blocks are being passed through the interconnect to set off this alarm?  If I can determine the problem object, I will pin whatever is accessing it to one node.
