Extended notes functionality in Oracle Sales module?

 Hi,

An important customer has recently migrated from Oracle Sales Online to Oracle Sales. The way of handling notes differs between Oracle Sales Online and Oracle Sales causing problems to our customer.

Two things are necessary to achive:

1) We need to be able to store and update 'notes details' in Oracle Sales. Currently one can only add a 'Note' and not a related 'Note Detail'. This was supported in Oracle Sales Online. We know that the database tables support storage of 'note details' but the functionality needs to be incorporated in the Oracle Sales UI layer as well.

2) The note needs to be updateable. We need to be able to switcha note status between 'private' and 'public'.
