Additional data in Journal Entry Line Descriptions

Journal Entry Line Descriptions are normally imported from REFERENCE10 field in GL_INTERFACE for external feeder sources.
Is it possible to add additional field information to this field from seeded subledgers such as Receivables?

For example is it possible to include the Comments field from a Receipt in a Trade Receipts Journal Entry Line Description?
