Running patch 7303030 /okl/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/oklresp.ldt gives no data found

Hi,

i'm upgrading from ebs 12.0.6 to ebs 12.1.1. I'm applying patch 7303030. When running /okl/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/oklresp.ldt it completes in error : ORA-01403 No data found

In the log :

Uploading from the data file /EBS_12_APPS/oracle/G/apps/apps_st/appl/okl/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/oklresp.ldt
Altering database NLS_LANGUAGE environment to AMERICAN
Dumping from LCT/LDT files (/EBS_12_APPS/oracle/G/apps/apps_st/appl/fnd/12.0.0/patch/115/import/afscursp.lct(120.4.12010000.2), /EBS_12_APPS/oracle/G/apps/apps_st/appl/okl/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/oklresp.ldt) to staging tables
Dumping LCT file /EBS_12_APPS/oracle/G/apps/apps_st/appl/fnd/12.0.0/patch/115/import/afscursp.lct(120.4.12010000.2) into FND_SEED_STAGE_CONFIG
