Scheduled Programs are getting Duplicated in 11.5.8

Hi All,

I recently noticed that, Some of the Scheduled Concurrent Jobs are getting duplicated on its own. System is automatically creating the Duplicated jobs, with same scheduled time, Frequency & Parameters.

We have a Oracle version 11.5.8 installed in the company. This is bit strange. Sometimes, even the Scheduled jobs staus is getting changed to "Hold"

If we go and check the record history, it is showing the last updated / created by name as "Concurrent Manager"

Can someone give your expert opnion on this please?
