LMON: terminating instance due to error 29702

 Hi All,
Due to this error my instance was terminated.

Pls anyone give suggestion, how to overcome this error and why this error occurs.

My db version 10.2.0.1

lmon registered with NM - instance id 1 (internal mem no 0)
