Modifiying Project Autoaccounting

Hello,
have anyone try before to modify the Autoaccounting procedure. We have a known problem when trying to use more than one customer at project level with bill split. On this case for some of the segments (for example the intercompany one) Autoaccouting will return more than one record and will fail to build a Code Combination. Top Task billing will also not work as this is not an automated bill split and it is not completing functioning in 11.5.10.2 as far as I understood.
