Inter Organization transfer between inventory orgs of two diff set of books

 Hi,

The requirement is inter organization transfer between two inventory orgs setup under diff set of books and business groups with a mark up.  There is no serial/lot control and neither receipt/routing.  Please provide any documentation on this or guide me on this.
