Creation of Blanket Purchase release through PDOI

 Hi,

    We are in R12.1.1 and presently migrating PO, Blanket and Blanket releases.

    We have already migrated the Blanket aggrements. Now we have to migrate the Blanket release. Wheter it is possible to do the same through PDOI in 12.1.1.

    If not what is the suitable process of doing this, Please suggest
