Issues configuring RMAN backups from 10.2.0.5 Grid Control

 When attempting to set backup settings in version 10.2.0.5 of the OMS, I receive the following:

Validation Error
Examine and correct the following errors, then retry the operation:

The following is in the emoms.log when this occurs:

2009-09-15 13:29:53,183 [EMUI_13_29_50_/console/database/rec/config] ERROR rec.RmanEncryption error.60 - RmanEncryption.initializeEncryptionAlgorithms() SQLException: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist

We did not experience this issue with 10.2.0.4.  Does anyone know of any metalink articles that address this issue?  I have been unable to find any to this point.
