cluvfy post hardware/os check failing

 

Hi,

we are installing a 10g 2 node RAC system on Oracle Linux 5.2

While running the cluster verification utility as part of post hardware / OS install, we are getting error the message
"Post-check for hardware and operating system setup was unsuccessful on all the nodes"

Can you please help us identify whats wrong and what we need to fix
