compound triggers usage generating ora-0600 errors (11.1.0.7), are others using them successfully?

 We have an open SR 7640083.994 originally opened 06-AUG-09 for 11.1.0.7 generating ora-0600 errors using compound triggers.

Told it was a known bug (6443381 cannot be displayed. Possible reasons are: ... The bug is not classified as publicly accessible ("non-public");

Asked to apply patch bundle 16 (Patch bundle 16 is Patch 8689191), which was done.

Now compound triggers works and runs smoothly several times (usually 3 or 4, sometimes 20 or more) before finally generating ora-0600.

Escalated to severity level 2 on 08-Sept-09, and again told it is bug 6443381 - yet apparently not fully resolved fully in 11.1.0.7 patch bundle 16.

Are any others having compound triggers work successfully for them or is anybody else experiencing difficulties implementing usage of compound triggers?
