Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Modifier with Line Limits

I need to create a modifier where discount is applied to SKU for a set value per order. Also create limits by customer not to exceed "x" dollars.
