Is it possible to create PO for an item on a requsution and an ISO from an item on the otherline on

 Is it possible to create PO for an item on a requsution and an ISO from an item on the otherline on the same requsition.
We have a requirement where in the client wants us to select the items from punchout ,take it to iprocurement  and create a requsition here .The scenario starts here-> for a line a Po shall be raised and for the other line an ISO shall be raised . Could the experts share there view and let me know whther this is possible . If yes whats set ups to be done and which aspects to be looked into.
