Tags for RMAN Autobackup of Controlfile/SPFILE

Is anyone aware of a way to set a TAG on a controlfile/spfile autobackup? 
It's easy enough to set the format for the file that will be generated (%F), and for tags for
the backupsets that are created, but I have been unable to find information on setting a TAG for
an autobackup.  My controlfile/spfile autobackups have a generic 'TAGYYYYMMDDTHHMMSS tags.
