crs start failed

 Hi Team, I am facing this issue My crs is not starting at all.

i check the following things

1) Issued /etc/init.d/init.crs enable
2) Issued /etc/init.d/init.crs start
3) Issued $ORA_CRS_HOME/bin/crsctl start crs

rac# ./crsctl start crs
Attempting to start CRS stack
The CRS stack will be started shortly

rac1# ./crsctl check crs
Failure 1 contacting CSS daemon
Cannot communicate with CRS
Cannot communicate with EVM

rac1# ./srvctl start nodeapps -n rac1
PRKH-1010 : Unable to communicate with CRS services.
[Communications Error(Native: prsr_initCLSS:3])

adding to this my logs are empty and no new logs are generated.Also i clear the socket files from
