Duplicate listentries are created in listentry table in Agile database

Hi,

When I configured the new list in Agile Java client in Page2 field of Parts I see that the listentry value is duplicated in listentry with same entryid and entryvalue and only change is langid. I see that earlier values i.e. Agile 9.2.2.2 does not have such duplicate values in Agile.

If you run query select * from listentry value where entryvalue ='Samsung' then we see that almost 8 new records or rows are created in list entry table which is causing the issue of duplications. Please suggest is this bug or new feature in Agile 9.2.2.5
