Potential Issues with Scheduled runs of PRC: Refresh Project Performance Information processes

Hi,

The client has been live for a couple of weeks now with a volume of approximately 300+ projects per Operating Unit.  We are currently running the Project Performance Update request sets twice a day and are seeing situations on the reporting pages in which the summarizations are incorrect.  These issues are being addressed by running the PRC: Refresh Project Performance request set for a particular project when that project is identified as having an issue.

I'm considering scheduling the request set to run for all projects on a periodic basis so as to keep the summarization data clean.  Is anyone aware of any issues with running the request set for a range of projects?
