Configure Database Instance: Credentials

Hello,

I installed 10.2.0.5 agent on a test database and wanted to configure database instance (single instance).

You must be logged in as SYS in order to install and configure Statspack.

It shows error

Validation Error

ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied The Connect Descriptor

I am 100% sure that sys password is correct.

Any suggestion on how to get this over with?
