Setup Steps for INV KFF Account Alias

 Would like to know the setup steps for INV KFF Account Alias ..

Have done the following steps

1) Defined the KFF segments for Account Alias (one segment)
2) System profile setup Flexfields:Shorthand Entry = All Entries
3) Defined the shorthand Alias through
   INV > Setup > Flexfields > Key > Aliases

still I am not getting the Shorthand window prompt while entering the accounts for Miscellaenous / Move order transactios..

also done the account alias setup through INV > Setup > Account Alias

Pls help me out to resolve the issue / to setup Account Alias KFF
