One PDF to multiple Manu_Parts File Load

  Long story short, I have a mess... and I have many single PDF files that are related to hundreds of different Manufacturer Part Numbers.

To me, it seems obvious that the way to handle it would be to load that single PDF into a folder and then add that PDF to multiple MFP numbers rather than having that one PDF loaded numerous times in the system

I need to load a ton of these into the system but for whatever reason, our fileload seems to ignore the deselected "Create a separate folder for each file" button during a file load. No matter what I do, the same single PDF is loaded over and over again in a new, different folder during the load making a ton of redundant files and taking up unnecessary space.\
