Not able to view logs and output files from Applications

HI,

 

    I am not able to view Log and Output files from Oracle Applications. While clicking viewlog (or) view output, I am getting the following error

"An error occured while attempting to receive the output arguments of the remote procedure. Function ncrorou returned error code 1003.
The application File server process may have exited abnormally. Please contact your system administator."

This issue in oracle Aplication 11.0.3 version.

Can anyone please suggest me.
