how to perform (Translation - Help - Personalization at HTML based application?

Dear Colleges,
At R12 there are many forms turned into HTML Based Application i.e. Document Types,

So, i need your advise about

- How i can translate names of user created documents?
- How i can perform tasks included at Help menu (i.e. Record History, Examine...etc)?
- How to perform required personalization?

N.B.
HTML based application have only two buttons (Preferences, Close Window)
there is no buttons for help, personalize, translate
