FSG's in excel through report manager/adi

Has anybody been able to generate Excel outputs from Report Manager in 11.5.10.2?  We end up getting spreadsheets that have row and columns colored but does not contain any data.

We have opened numerous SRs with Oracle and everyone of them ends up as a bug.  I wanted to confirm if Oracle has atually tested this product on 11i or they are just messing with our time.
