Stand by database issue.

Hi all,


I have physical standby datagaurd has been created for live database. Due to some reason one of the arch log file has not being transferred to stand by. After that many log file has generated and got transferred to stand by. But stand by database is waiting for the log file which has not been transferred to stand by server. 

Since our archive log retention policy is two days only so all log files which are  2 days old got deleted from the live and stand by server. In my case log files which are yet to apply on standby also got deleted from the stand by.
