installing ORACLE CPUs

 Hello,

I'm installing some oracle CPUs, and for some of them, when I unzip the file, it creates a directory for the patch, and several directories for the bugs that the patch fixes.   I went to the patch directory, and ran opatch apply.    The patch seemed to install ok.  Does this automatically fix all the bugs?
