replication on the portable driver doesn't work.

 Hi,

We installed replication database on the server and portable server... They can replication well but when we are unplug the portable server and connect wiht other server.  They are not talking... The second server has the same configuration, tns name and everything but different IP address.  How can I make it replicates to each other?
