Session disconnect on Product Workbench

Any users who runs the Product Workbench (Function: DNA_ADV_STRUCT_EDIT_JSP) are being terminated at precisely every 20 minutes. The Product Workbench will display- Your session is no longer valid. Do you want to login?

The users are usually doing saves every 5-10 minutes. We verified some of the timeout profile values and the smallest is set at 30 minutes.

Anyone have a thought on what could be breaking the sessions?
