Self Service Personalization difficulties
We are planning on open enrollment and we have an issue with tobacco usage data. We are planning to offer some rate discounts for non-tobacco usage. However we would want to capture the usage information from each employee. The current tobacco usage capture is setup through Personal Info, however, it would be difficult to ask users to go to personal info section, answer the tobacco usage question and then go to benefits to enroll.
Can we do the following?
1) save a copy of the personal info page and hide all the fields except for the tobacco usage question .
2) Put that page with tobacco question right before the benefit life events?
