Question:Scrolling circularly with mouse wheel

version: form builder 10.1.2.0.2

symptoms:

I set the property 'query all records' to yes in a web-deployed form.Scrolling up from the last record with the mouse wheel.In normal,it will stop till the first record.But it  comes back to the last record and goes on scrolling up.If setting the property to no,the issue does not happen.
