Financial Plan Types & Project Budget

hi

my client currently uses  PF.L and uses Financial Plan Types. Ib elieve that Financial Plan Types do not populate the Budget and Forecast columns in PA Page Layout Section "Cost Segment", my client wishes to use the 'Cost Segment" section in their project staus reports. Does an API exist that when the Financial Plan is baselined it will create/baseline a PA form budget so that the Cost Segemnt budget and forecasts colums will be populated. I ahve check the PA APIs and couldn't locate one. Has anyone done anything simialr? Was it easy? how much work is involved?
