Occupational Sick Pay for Multiple Assignments
I have a query on OSP that we have encountered in a few cases. I will just put together the scenario:
1. We have an employee with multiple assignments. He has an open ended sickness record e.g. Starting 02-Sep-2009. Enrolled the person in OSP scheme. It created 'Sick OSP Absence' element from 02-Sep-2009 (on Current Primary Assignment 002249). September payments processed, fine 2. From 01-Oct-2009, secondary assignment (002249-2) was changed to Primary and current primary assignment (002249) was Terminated with 'Terminate Process Assignment' status. 3. Doing step 3 above automatically end-dated 'Sick OSP Absence' on assignment 002249 with end date as 30-Sep-2009 but it did not create any element on 002249-2. So, the OSP processing stopped
