Using Enterprise Manager to manage SQL Server

 I have a customer who is using Enterprise Manager to monitor his SQL Server estate.
They are currently in the process of moving to a PolyServe architecture to provide a Grid environment and I need to know what impact this will have on the Enterprise Manager agents.

I am guessing that I will need to locate one or more agents outside of the PolyServe grid to monitor the SQL Server instance within the grid.

Does anyone have expericene on this, or thoughts on the matter
