How to extract down level revision BOMs from Agile

 Does any one know how we can go about writing an SDK script to extract a multi level, past revision BOM from Agile 9.1.4?

We have some code in place that Agile helped us set up about 3 years ago, but it is only able to return the current revision of the BOM. If we try to get a down rev version, we end up with an empty xml file!
