PO email function not working after 12.0.6 upgrade

We have just upgraded Oracle Apps from 12.0.4 to 12.0.6 (RUP 6).  Since the upgrade, the PO email function no longer works.  We have tried to email both from the Approval screen as well as from the Communicate screen. 

Has anyone had this issue before or have an idea where we can look?  We are having problems locating any error messages as both functions appear to work at the form level.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
