What Is the Best Approach For Implementing Oracle 10g Enterprise Manager Grid Control

 Hi Guys,
I would like to use Oracle Enterprise Manager Grid Control to manage a few of our production databases (10g and 9iR2).
Can you please advise whether I can Install the OEM Grid Control on my XP Client PC to manage these Database remotely (Just like the 9i EM Client Console was used).

Can I have all the components of the OEM Grid Control installed and configured on my PC ?
Is there any component which need to be Installed/running on Individual Databases (10g databases is having their own 10g DB consoles installed along with Database Installation) ?

Appreciate some good help.
