Recreate standby after failover

Hi,

    After failover I recreated standby database and archiving is working. The "show configuration" command of dgmgrl still tells to recreate standby database. My standby database was disabled so I recreated it.

a) Primary

Enabled: YES
Protection Mode: MaxPerformance
Databases: 
xxxxx - Primary database 
yyyyy - Physical standby database (disabled)

b) standby

DGMGRL> show configuration
Error: ORA-16795: the standby database needs to be re-created

Configuration details cannot be determined by DGMGRL

Am I missing any step ? How to troubleshoot the problem?
