How to use ship sets accross warehouses

Hi,

I have 2 order lines. Line1 shipping out of inv org 1 and line 2 shipping out of inv org 2. How can i make sure that if they are in the same ship set, they do not pick release if ship set condition is not met for any of the line. I have tried putting the same ship set for both the lines but that does not work.

So, can we anyway achieve the above functionality? Please provide some inputs.
