Error: ORA-16798: unable to complete terminal recovery on the standby database

 Hi,

    I have turned flashback on primary and secondary. I am getting following error message:

Error: ORA-16798: unable to complete terminal recovery on the standby database

I have run out of ideas to troubleshhot this problem. The archiving works fine when I fix the gap when this error occur.
