Receivables ECE VAT Register Report

 Hello,

 I followed setups mentioned in Note 454045.1 to run ECE VAT Register Report. However Selection Process is returning 0 rows and report is empty. Is there any other document which explains in more detail? Can someone provide navigation to Step#5 to doublecheck setup on my side.
