unable to attach pll file to form

   I am trying to attach a pll library to a form. i receive this error "Attched library name C:\Documnets and setting\mydocuments\forms\OEXOEFRM.PLL contains a non-portable directory specification. Remoce path?"  When i click yes or no there is no file attached.

How do i attach the Pll file to open.
