Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. AMM and hugepages in Linux2.6/11g environment

AMM requires hugepages turned off with Oracle 11gR1.

If you have a choice between the two, which one do choose? i.e., enable AMM and disable hugepages or the vice versa?

The configuration is as follows

4 Node CRS

x86-64

32 GB Physical memory

24 GB desired Oracle shared memory.
