APP-DT-34609: on a DateTracked form for Oracle HR

 I am developing a form for Oracle HR that updates a custom DateTracked table.  Running the form within the application, DateTracked to a date after the effective_start_date of the current record, when I make a change to the record and save I get the "update or correction" alert.  When I select "update" I get the following error:

APP-DT-34609: Oracle error ORA-0942 Oracle error occurred during the prepare, declare, describe stage. (1=10)

I can't find any reference to APP-DT-34609 anywhere.  Does anyone know what it means?
