Primary and standby restore

 Hi,

  Besides the following what should be done so that archiving starts working when primary and standby is restored.

a) shutdown primary

b) shutdown backup

c) save primay file system

d) save standby file system

e)save primary archive files

f) save standby archive files

g) save password files of primay, standby

h)save spfile of primary and standby

Is the order right?
