Error: ORA-16796: one or more properties could not be imported from the database

 Hi,

   I had been adding standby in broker configuration and never got the error : Error: ORA-16796: one or more properties could not be imported from the database. The instance of standby database is running. I can colnnect to standby database as sys/<passeord>@&lt;Standby database instance> as sysdba. But still get the above error. There is not much information on web for this error. I highly appreciate your help.
