dump area used %

From OEM, we can see Dump Area Used (%), when I try to clean up  all trace file from udump, bdump, the userd % should be decreaed, but it is not, the usage % doesn't change even I delete all the trace file.

also, when I drill down into details, there is showing,

background 70%

core 70%

user 70%

all keep same %.

Do you know how to re-set % to get correct number?
