Automatic Reversal in Web ADI

Dear PA Guru's, 

We have to create cost accruals via webadi spreadsheet in Projects. The accruals must be automatic reversed in the next period.

This is a std Oracle Projects functionality by entering the accruals manually in pre approved batches (forms).  My ques is, can we achieve this functionality (automatic reversal) by using web adi?

If Yes, what is the 'Field Name' for the 'Projects - Transaction Import' integrator.

If No, is that any public API we could use to build a custom solution. Any suggestions on how others have built it.
