Approval List Could Not Be Generated

Situation:
EmployeeA who uses UsernameA resigned. We assigned the UsernameA to another person, EmployeeB.

Problem:

Although EmployeeB (who now uses UsernameA) can see all notifications intended for UsernameA (used to be for EmployeeA), he could not approve the notifications and an 'approval list could not be generated' occurs. Also the Requisition preparer who needs UsernameA's aprroval for requisition also gets 'approval list could not be generated' when making a Requisition.
