CPU allocation on Grid control upgraded to 10.2.0.5

 We want to change resource manager CPU allocation on EDWP database using EM Grid Control. In past we had defined different levels for CPU allocation like L1, L2, L3. On the modify page but now it is possible to specify percentage in one column, not possible to specify more levels.

First page is from ODSP database version 11.1.0.7, where it is still possible to specify different CPU levels.
Second page is from problematic EDWP database version 10.2.0.4, where is  only one column. In ODSP it is also possible to switch Resource Allocations from Petcentage to Advanced, this checkbox is not present in EDWP database.
